Custom 3000L Fermenter Project Completed For South Korea Brewery

Jinan has just entered deep autumn, and the leaves on trees have turned yellow and red — it looks absolutely beautiful! If possible, welcome to visit Tiantai factory.

We recently finished a batch of 3000L fermenters for an old friend from Korea, and please allow me to share a few fresh photos with you below.
The client’s site has limited height, we adjusted the tank to a 75-degree angle from our standard 60-degreee.
This doesn’t affect the beer fermentation at all, and the tank now looks cute because of it’s chubby.
The fermenters have two sections of hidden cooling jackets. For a 3000L tank like this, we designed it: one at the cone bottom and one along the straight side wall. This design works very well for fermenters between 1000L and 4000L.
Before delivery, we clean and treat the inside of each tank with acid to form a protective film. This makes the tank more sanitary and more durable. When the client receives the tanks, they just need to do a simple pressure leakage test and clean them lightly, and then they’re ready to start the first batch fermentation of beer.

Our fermenters have many other great features:

- We use high-quality stainless steel from well-known Chinese suppliers.

- We use advanced automatic welding machines. For tricky welds, we have experienced welding engineers handle them.

- Every tank is tested for leaks at least five times before leaving our factory. Each test lasts 48 hours or more under 3.5bar to ensure top quality.

- All other parts — like sample valves, safety valves, and butterfly valves & pipes — come from trusted brands we’ve worked with for years.

- This customer also bought a combined keg cleaning and filling machine to make their work easier and more efficient.
